Could my sutures have come undone? (photos)

From your photos, it looks as if you have a reducible umbilical hernia.  While these are often asymptomatic, they can be unsightly.  They can be repaired but require another trip to the OR.  I would consult with your surgeon to explore your options.

Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided pictures with information as well..  As I can see on your pictures, you have an umbilical hernia that has to be repaired.. I don't think that you're feeling nothing because they can be unsightly most of the times. Get and appt with your doctor for the process...

It does appear like you have an umbilical hernia which is a defect in the abdominal fascia.  It would require an in-person exam to definitively discuss treatment.  I'd recommend discussing this with your surgeon and may need to consult a general surgeon for a repair.  Best wishes.

A lot of plastic surgeons use slowly desolving sutures that disappear over the first year. This is in an effort to reduce problems related to chronic infection that is hard to resolve with permanant sutures. At one year your muscle tightening should be at its maximum strength. With that being said, hernias, muscle separation or laxity can occur. You should have a close physical exam with your plastic surgeon and they should be able to counsel you on how to address you concerns.

If the protruding navel is what concerns you, I can see that.  If it's something else, it may be too subtle to see on a two dimensional photo.An exam is needed, but I wonder if you don't have an umbilical hernia. If not, there may be some excess navel skin that your surgeon can deal with under local anesthesia.Thanks for your question, all the best.
