Hello, I had a tummy tuck 1 year ago and I am still having protrusion/swelling around my belly button.... Should i still be swelling or could it be maybe a suture came undone? Also the skin surrounding my belly button is very tender and for some reason I bruise often to the right and left of my belly button.

Hi. A reverse TT will not fix your problem and the scar is much worse than a traditional TT. Your skin laxity does not look bad enogh to warrant a TT. My advice would be to have fat grafting and a small amount of liposuction to smooth the lumps and bumps. Regards
