I’m 48 years old & have lost over 120 pounds. Now experiencing texture, jowl & neck issues. Just looking old & tired. Wondering which non surgical options are best to tighten/hide/fix those issues before my daughter’s wedding in June. I’m starting IPL for Rosacea, but also trying to decide between microneedling, Pixel resurfacing, Nefertiti lift & threads for the rest. Any opinions, or better recommendations? Scheduled for upper blepharoplasty consult in February. Thanks!
