I have minimal lines/wrinkles but too much laxity. Area of concern is midface. Skin under eyes/upper cheek starting to drop, causing under eye hollows and nasolabial folds to increase. I want a subtle lift and to look more taut. I need to increase fat/collagen, and be careful not to cause fat loss or melt collagen from heat devices. Would you suggest microcurrent, radio frequency, lasers, ultrasound, other? Fillers make me nervous for the long term. Thoughts?
