Hello and thank you for your question. The best way to answer this is with an in-person evaluation, but with proper oral hygiene and check-ups, it should be able to maintain the health of your current crowns. One option would be dental implants. There are many benefits to dental implants in that they function exactly like a natural tooth. Or you'll need to assess the health of the remaining teeth both from a restorative aspect and periodontal aspect, to make sure teeth are strong enough and have good bone support to support a bridge. If not, implants are an option. I recommend getting a second opinion with a prosthodontist to make the most informed decision. A prosthodontist has advanced training in restoring and replacing teeth and can create a customized treatment plan using the latest techniques in dental restoration.

Having a partial for your remaining teeth will also help with your chewing. I assume you have an upper denture? If you haven't seen a dentist within the past year then having an exam and cleaning is your first step!
