My previous crowns were absoloutely smooth. My replacements are ridged/grooved, some back teeth have a dip/ cavity food gets stuck to them, I clean themfrequently they feel unclean, my tongue is raw due to being drawn to them. They're extremely uncomfortable, this will encourage plaque build up it's not hygenic. I think my crowns were not polished/finished properly before fitting. Please advise about the correct finish of zirconium crowns and what I should do about it. MT London
