The best way of correction based on 35 years of doing this is excision with or without tissue expansion. Transplants r my second choice or weaves. 

Hair transplants can work extremely well to improve density in those who experienced hair loss from radiation treatments to the scalp. The most important factor is how much donor hair there is to move from the back of the scalp into the areas of thinning. Not all patients with hair loss from radiation therapy have sufficient donor hair to proceed with a transplant but many do.Be sure to meet with an experienced hair restoration physician to discuss all the options available.

Hair transplants and/or expanded scalp flap advancement surgery could work for you depending on the pattern of baldness and the amount of good donor hair you have left. If you have more than 50% of your pretreatment hair, you likely could get a nice result.
