I am a 29 year old male. Over the last five years, I've lost more than 100lbs, going from overweight to normal weight. I believe this has caused my face to sag. As a result, I believe I look quite old and tired. Other people my age and older do not seem to have this problem, and I believe it may be caused by loose skin. For example, if I pull back about one half-inch of skin on my cheek, my face looks quite normal. Regardless of the cause, what can be done to help?
