After slight bruising and swelling went down post 1 week restylane 1 syringe filler injection via cannula under my eyes please see attached picture showing bluish grey bubbles and advise on next course of action thank you

This is either because too much filler was injected, or it was injected too superficially. Massaging the area may help, but if things don't improve over the next week then you can have the Restylane filler dissolved with an enzyme called Hyaluronidase. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician. Best wishes.

Hello and thank you for your question and photo's.  I can't see it in the photo , however, it can be removed with an enzyme called hyluronidase that your injector should have available.

unfortunately I think you are going to need the filler dissolved as this is not going to improve.  The good news it is entirely safe.  Your injector should do this for you without any charge. You may feel more comfortable seeing another injector if you want to try again. Best of luck!
