Hi, I had osteotomy lefort 1 impaction 10 years ago to fix a gummy smile of 9mm and be able to chew. I ALWAYS LOVED my nose but now I hate my nose (love my smile though). I am so very scared that I will hate the result, to fake, to pinchy. Would the nose I had be reasonable goal? What should I do? I saw a reputable surgeon he said my skin is not very thick (a surprise to me) and not only was it feasible but it can even be better than before, thoughts? I just really want to have my old nose. Thank you.
