These features are consider attractive. Look at Angelina Jolie or Megan Fox. They both have attractive faces with strong features including their defining jawline and chin. If you are referring to the "round" area as underneath the chin then something conservative like smart laser lipolysis or radio frequency therapy could help here. You do not need a chin implant. It looks as though liposuction underneath the chin would yield some improvement. To buffer some of the sharpness of the chin fillers could be used.

It appears that a significant part of your problem is fat under your chin which will be corrected with liposuction. You may also have some loose skin, which will not be corrected with liposuction and require either a necklift or facelift procedure. Good luck.
