Will insurance pay to fix my dog ears?

I had double mastectomy oct 13th this year All went well but I have 2 dog ears on each side that needs removed. My deductable paid this year will medicare pay for this procedure

Yes, it is very possible as a breast reconstruction revision surgery that your insurance will cover the dog ear removal after a mastectomy. Your insurance benefits can easily be verified prior to your consultation. And any other revisions or improvements could also be done at the same time.

Typically, insurance companies do pay for dog ear removal as part of breast reconstruction revision surgery. Other touch up improvements can be done, at the same time, if necessary.

 They generally do not cover purely cosmetic procedures and they tend to require that the problem have some sort of functional component.  You have not mentioned any functional problem related to your dog ears.
