Does the dominant side require more healing time?

I'm right handed so i'm thinking that breast looks larger due to swelling and use and not being able to fully relax. I'm thinking once it finally goes into the pocket and reaches final position it will be a bit smaller in size and will match the other breast. Is that wrong to assume? I'm still early out from surgery at almost 6 weeks. I had some prior asymmetry, but i'm just wondering if using my right hand dominantly will make it heal faster or slower than other side. LOVING my results so far!
