Crooked, uneven, and hard bump from side profile. Is it worth risk of revision rhinoplasty? Same doctor? (Photos)

Hello I had a rynoplasty 8 month ago but am not happy with my results. From front view my nose looks crooked and nostrils look uneven. And from the side profile I developed a hard bump that my surgeon said is cartilage. I never wanted a scooped side profile but ask for a straight profile so I’m unhappy with the hump on the lower part of my nose. I feel like it makes the lower part of my nose look heavy. I told my surgeon I’m unhappy but he does not want to give me a revision. He said “it’s not worth it”. So my question is. Are all little things I want to fix with my nose worth the risk of doing another surgery? Could my nose get worst after a second surgery? Also is there anything else you see wrong with my nose? pollybeak? Should I trust my surgeon to do another surgery if he agrees? Is it a good idea to do I revision with the same dr that did first surgery? Also is I don’t do a revision could the hump on the lower part of my nose get worst?? Thank you for ur response in advance. Will post before and after pics.
