Fillers in the nose or the perinasal periorbital area are a real hazard for your vission, research about it, and additionally destroy and make fibrotic damage to nasal structures.

Your unwillingness to go through another revision recovery is very much respectable; I notice significant postop swelling on your nose, makes me think your surgery took place 2-4 months ago, give it 10-18 months before taking any decision.

Since you appear to have a concavity along the left side wall of your nose, adding permanent volume to this area may lead to a straighter nasal appearance. In our practice, we advocate the use of microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections for permanent results. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, the best way to fix the asymmetry in your dorsal aesthetic lines is with a revision rhinoplasty.
