“C” letter deviation to the left of nose - Should I have filler post revision rhino? (Photos)

I recently had revision septorhino and DO NOT want to go through the recovery again! I am otherwise happy with the results. The overall nose is still slightly deviated to the right but I was expecting that as it was a hard case and I’m okay with that. The thing the bothers me is he wasn’t able to fix the “C” letter deviation to the left as a small area in the bridge is overwoked by my previous Dr. Is it safe to inject fillers to that area? I am scared of migration as it’s right on the left side of the bridge. Really close to the eyes. Is blinding is a risk I would never do that.
