The top of the root of the bridge is uneven -and sticking out somewhat. What are the risks of shaving down the top of bridge?

Hi, I had a primary rhinoplasty about a year ago by a specialists - I’m not satified with the result as the nose looks more diviated from the front now than it had been before the surgery. The surgeon did remove the hump. The top of the root of the bridge is uneven -and sticking out somewhat - it is higher on one side than the other which adds to the diviated appearance. The original surgeon claimed that it would be too risky to shave it down — there would be a high danger that the cartilage could separate from the bone resulting in an inverted V deformity. When I consulted another surgeon, he said, it could be done on a local anaesthetic without any risk of this happening, and that it would lessen the divination a substantial amount. Who to believe - I would be very grateful for any opinions/ comments from professionals. Thank you very much. Both surgeons are well-known in their field. Kind regards
