9 years post rhinoplasty - Is my nose crooked? Should I get a revision?

I had my rhinoplasty over 9 years now, i dont like my front profile and when a picture is taken of me, one side of my nose seems to go down lower..now I’m looking for suggestions or if I’m just thinking to much about it

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. A surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Fascial grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Improvement in nostril symmetry can also be accomplished during this surgery. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
