Fillers and botox are excellent products and when injected properly, they can perform well on everyone. It is very uncommon for fillers to migrate to other parts of the face.  That being said, since you are truly unhappy with the appearance, you should definitely discuss your concerns with your doctor and consider dissolving the filler with hyaluronidase.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your treatment. It is very unusual for filler to migrate to another area. I encourage you to return to your injector or another expert injector for an evaluation as HA fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. If you do nothing, the filler will dissolve over time regardless if it has migrated.

Migration of fillers is not unusual especially in dynamic areas. Depending how long ago you had the injection you can consider having it dissolved with hyalorinadase or just wait for 4-6 months at which point it will likely not be noticeable. Definately this is not a permanent issue.

While filler migration, especially distant migration, is uncommon it does occur.  Typically with HA fillers like restylane/perlane/juvederm they will still only last up to about a year before they are absorbed by the body.  If you are really that unhappy with your results you should go back to the doctor who injected you and see about having hyaluronidase injected.  This could instantly dissolve the filler and return you to your pre-filler appearance.  Best of luck to you!
