Hi, I have 2 very pronounced lines down the side of my chin when I smile. I absolutely hate them! Is someone able to tell me what these are and how I would get them removed? Thanks

The chin crease is a normal part of the anatomy and represents a line of firm fibrous attachment of the skin to the underlying bone. While it can be lessened with filler material or a surgical release, it likely will not disappear and in fact could look abnormal.
I'm confused as to why you went to a "nurse" for a medical treatment and now that there is a problem, you are not going to that nurse's supervising physician? A nurse cannot do prescriptive medical injections or even buy the Voluma, without a doctor to supervise her. I suggest going back and...
