Hi! I wanted to know what the difference in projection is between 375cc ultra high profile silicone implants Vs. 250cc high profile silicone implants. Im starting out at 32AA in size, 96lbs, and 5’1 in height. I was recommended ultra high profile implants for my narrow chest but I’m so conflicted because I’m more scared of going too big for my frame. Please help.
Answer: You need high profile First, you need to be sure what size you want to be, if you want natural look, your implants most place under the muscle, went the implant it’s there, look more small, for be sure on the projection you need to go to a plastic surgeon and tray some sizes, it’s the best way to procede

Answer: Size On you, the 375 cc implant will be about a cup larger than 250 cc's. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and trying on both sizes. You might like something in between like 300 or 325 cc's instead.

Answer: Difference in implants The difference in implant projection off the chest wall is:250cc HP - 4.3375cc UHP - 5.3The most important part of breast augmentation planning is trying on the implant sizers. From the implants you mentioned, I am assuming that your breasts are about 10.5 cm wide. I would recommend trying on sizers again. If you are loving the 250 range, pick 250. If you are loving the 350-375, pick that. Falling in love with an implant sizer is the most powerful way to achieve happiness in the post operative period.

Answer: Breasts implants size Dear Virginian, Thanks for posting your picture. Your goal in breasts augmentation is to have natural looking breasts with nice cleavage , full upper pole and comfortable breasts' size. I have been in practice for over 34 years and performed breasts augmentation surgery on thousands of patients. The most popular size among my patients is full C cup size. Since you are currently 32 small A cup size, to obtain 32 full C cup size you will need implants with volume of 375 cc. For 32 C - 325 cc. It is unnecessary to use High profile or Ultra high profile. Your best option is smooth, round, moderate profile implants. Saline implants are the best option because they can be inserted through a small sub areola incision , which allows for the creation of a beautiful cleavage. Silicone implant require larger sub mammary incision and it is much more difficult to create a nice cleavage due to the distance and the difficulty to dissect the muscle . Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery to make sure that they are numerous, consistent with the above mentioned features. Best of luck, Dr Widder widderplasticsurgery.com

Answer: Implant size Dear Intelligent30378, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
