I had my 9yr silicone implants rem.During the surgery my PS found that I had 20-30 cysts behind the muscle and imm removed them.He also told me that he found breast milk(pregnant over 8yrs ago)!im 5 wks post op and now have issues with spitting stitches.How many knots do surgeons leave inside? Every day I'm pulling out 3-5.How can I stop them?I can't even go to my PS because he's in the Dom.Rep.Since I had my surgery in the DR..I have not had one doctor inthe US who has been willing to help.Why?

Seromas or fluid collections under the skin after surgery are very common and need to be drained. This is a quick office procedure with a small needle, any MD or nurse can perform the drainage. Wearing a tight bra will also help keep the fluid from reaccumulating.
No blood thinners should be taken for 2 weeks prior to surgery, it increases the chance of bleeding after the surgery. This would include Soma.Good Luck!
Bloating a few days after surgery is may be related to "slow movement" of your bowels from a combination of anesthesia from the surgery and especially pain medication. Narcotic pain medication can slow down the bowels and cause bloating. The pain in your stomach could be related to...
