I'm just really concerned this isn't normal because I have n vet done filler before. I had voluma put in the hollows of my temples yesterday, one syringe on each side. I had a lot of volume loss. Today I have a bad migraine and the area is uneven, lumpy and sore. Is this normal? And will it smooth out on its own? I know my skin is thin there, is it possibly be to feel the voluma even if it was injected deep?

Answer: Voluma and Soreness I have had Voluma injected in my face and it was sore for a few days, especially as it was injected deep.As to the migraine, it probably was more stress related than being caused by the filler or the discomfort.Hold tight and the soreness will go away and you, hopefully, will be as happy with your "Voluma-ed" face as I am with mine.

Answer: Soreness after Voluma It is possible and likely! to be sore after injections. If you were stressed or stained about the procedure, then sometimes a migraine can be triggered. Not by the product at all, but just because of your nervousness and muscle strain. Keep your hands away from the area and don't press on it. If things don't smooth out as the swelling resolves in the coming week or so, then return to your injector for an evaluation."This answer has been solicited without seeing this patient and cannot be held as true medical advice, but only opinion.
