7 days post op, my nose is long and very pointy. Is Revision rhinoplasty needed? (photos)

Thank you for your question.  I agree with what has already been said, and that your profile looks great for 7 days!  The "pointy" aspect of your nose will relax with time.  It takes several months (at least 6 months) before we really know what your final result will be.  Your nose will continue to change dynamically even years after your operation. Be sure to discuss this with your surgeon, as well!Hope that this helps, -David Gilpin

Your nose looks great in profile.  Remember that a bit of projection will be lost over time due to healing and scar contracture.  I do not think over the long term you will have as much projection and you should obtain a nice profile.

12 months to see the true results of rhinoplasty as this allows time for the
