Bronchitis before Rhinoplasty. Is it ok to have the rhinoplasty if I have a small cough?

Give the history you are giving, it sounds like you are doing well! Your anesthesiologist can listen to your lungs the morning of surgery to make sure things are clear. A small residual nonproductive cough should not be an issue. Good luck with your surgery!

A nonproductive cough can last up to 2 months after bronchitis. You did the right thing to let your doctor know and they gave the same advice that I would have given. If you are well the day of your procedure your risk should be the same as that of other patients.

The decision to place the patient under anesthesia with a residual cough after bronchitis is made by the physician anesthesiologist  listening to your lungs on the morning of surgery. 

you are describing that you are better and fell better but as your doctor said if you are fine you will get surgery, your doctor will evaluate you before taking you to surgery and also anesthesiologist will see if you are good for surgery, you can be sure they will do surgery only if you are fine and risk of complications are low.
