I have no problem consulting with younger patients but in the end the parents will need to give consent and accept responsibility for the procedure.
If the patient is a mature age 17 and understands the expected benefits, limitations, and possible complications of the liposuctioning, a consultation with the possibility of surgery is appropriate. Certainly, the patient's weight should be stable and their expectations must be realistic.
It is possible to obtain a consultation and surgery under the age of 18, but you will need your parents consent to do so.

It appears that a significant part of your problem is fat under your chin which will be corrected with liposuction. You may also have some loose skin, which will not be corrected with liposuction and require either a necklift or facelift procedure. Good luck.
