I am looking to correct the boxy / bulbous appearance of my nose. The bridge of my nose is rather slim but the tip is very round with a crease running through it (best seen in the last picture). Am I candidate for just rhinoplasty of the tip? Based in NYC. Thank you!

The photos you posted demonstrate an inverted V deformity and a very pinched, unfavorable tip contour. These are problems that good rhinoplasty surgeons try very hard to avoid for their patients. You might have a hard time convincing a reputable rhinoplasty surgeon to aim for this result. T...
It's depending on what kind of Rhinoplasty as you have been done, if the operation is Augmented Rhinoplasty your radix should be wider and it is normal. But if the operation is Reduction Rhinoplasty, your radix should narrower.

Seguramente no es una cicatriz, lo que se requiere para corregir es que te hagan una rinoplastia otra vez y quitar el pedazo de cartílago que te quedo ahí.
