Bulbous and boxy nose: Am I a candidate for just rhinoplasty of the tip? (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photographs, you do appear to have a boxy tip which is formed by your lower lateral cartilage.  You may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty, which can be accomplished by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system.  You should be able to
view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed
by your surgeon.

It is difficult to assess from these pictures without seeing your profile, but if you are not desiring any changes to a hump or straightening of your dorsum (top two thirds of your nose) then you may be a candidate for a tip rhinoplasty. This would reposition and correct the position of your lower lateral cartilages only, but my give you the improvement you are wanting.
