Is it possible to get injectable fillers in the vagina lips?

Injectable fillers are not designed for the area, however fat transfer is possible to the labia majora. The inner lips, known as the labia minora, cannot be injected.

YES! I use hyaluronic acid fillers along with platelet rich plasma quite a lot. Another choice is to do a fat transfer to the labia majora.

Often these are performed under local anesthesia in the office.

Thanks for your question. If you are looking for a fuller labia majora, fat transfer would be a great option. The key is that, not all the fat transfer will survive after the first procedure. You will need multiple fat transfer procedures to get your desire result. However, if you do not have enough fat, you can consider filler to the area. While most women are actually trying to decrease the size of their vaginal "lips", some patients, especially younger ones, would like this area enhanced.  Dermal fillers have been used by some providers to provide more volume in this area.  In my practice, though, we would rather use your body's own platelet rich plasma (PRP) and growth factors first to produce more natural results.  Sometimes we do add filler along with the PRP.  Whatever you choose, choose your provider carefully!  You want someone who the most experienced, not the least expensive!  This is a very delicate area to say the least.  Find someone you can trust.
