I don’t want a clitoral hood reduction, or a labiaplasty. I’m not willing to cut any part of my hood or labiaminora. My labia majors has no fat, and the pubic area right above my hood doesn’t either. Could filling these areas with fat help? I’m not comfortable posting my own picture but I’ve attached the picture of a porn actress named Naomi Woods whose vagina looks very similar to mine.

Answer: Reduce the size without cutting anything off Hi. So you mentioned you don’t want to “cut anything off.” Have you considered AVIVA? It’s referred to as the scarless labiaplasty alternative. It’s a procedure in which I use radio frequency under the tissue to shrink the tissue. The cons: not enough is shrunk for most people. I usually say about 30% reduction can occur. Most people, are looking for a minimalist look, and therefore not a candidate so not a popular option for most. Pros: nothing is being cut off from your body! You would need a proper consultation. But I’m wondering if you’d be satisfied if AVIVA would reduce the hood by about 30% , and then follow will fillers of the labia majora as needed, to help have the clitoral hood be less noticeable. It’s an option. Alternatively, the surgical option is always the most satisfactory. And when the surgery is performed by a skilled knowledgeable surgeon, the risks are minimal. But making sure you consult with one who does surgical labiaplasties weekly is important. I hope this helps.

Answer: Options to conceal a large hood Since you're not willing to reduce the size of your large clitoral hood and labia minora your only options are labia majora augmentation, but this may or not fully conceal your large midline structures sufficiently.
