Would a labia puff help me minimize the look of my large clitoral hood? (Photo)

Question

I don’t want a clitoral hood reduction, or a labiaplasty. I’m not willing to cut any part of my hood or labiaminora. My labia majors has no fat, and the pubic area right above my hood doesn’t either. Could filling these areas with fat help? I’m not comfortable posting my own picture but I’ve attached the picture of a porn actress named Naomi Woods whose vagina looks very similar to mine.

I recognize that your true body is not sufficiently depicted in the pictures you uploaded. I will, however, list alternatives that do not require tissue removal, such as a clitoral hood reduction or labiaplasty... One is to add fat to the clitoral hood and labia. Another would be to use PRP (platelet rich plasma) and hyaluronic acid to plump up the tissue. The AVIVA device, which uses radio frequency to  reduce the tissue and is a non-surgical alternative. You must speak with a skilled cosmetic gynecologist before choosing any of these options.

A “labia puff” &mdash; adding volume to the labia majora with fat grafting or filler &mdash; can sometimes make the clitoral hood look less prominent by creating softer contours and balancing proportions.If the labia majora are naturally flat or deflated, restoring volume can help “frame” the hood and labia minora, giving a more blended appearance. This won’t physically reduce the hood’s size, but the surrounding fullness can visually minimize it.Fat grafting offers a natural, longer-lasting result (with some resorption), while fillers are temporary and reversible. Hi.  So you mentioned you don’t want to “cut anything off.”  Have you considered AVIVA?  It’s referred to as the scarless labiaplasty alternative. It’s a procedure in which I use radio frequency under the tissue to shrink the tissue.  The cons: not enough is shrunk for most people.  I usually say about 30% reduction can occur.  Most people, are looking for a minimalist look, and therefore not a candidate so not a popular option for most.   Pros: nothing is being cut off from your body!  You would need a proper consultation. But I’m wondering if you’d be satisfied if AVIVA would reduce the hood by about 30% , and then follow will fillers of the labia majora as needed, to help have the clitoral hood be less noticeable.  It’s an option.  Alternatively, the surgical option is always the most satisfactory.  And when the surgery is performed by a skilled knowledgeable surgeon, the risks are minimal.  But making sure you consult with one who does surgical labiaplasties weekly is important.   I hope this helps.

Since you're not willing to reduce the size of your large clitoral hood and labia minora your only options are labia majora augmentation, but this may or not fully conceal your large midline structures sufficiently.  Without photos I cannot provide you with any more information. 
I'm also not entirely clear as to why you wouldn't want to address the actual structures that bother you rather than work on the majora which may be aesthetically perfect for your physique and body habitus. There are alot of misundersandings about the risks of labia minora and clitiral hood reduction so perhaps consulting with an expert cosmetic vaginal surgeon would be helpful to you.

Maybe yes, maybe no. It depends upon your specific anatomy. Photos of other women are no substitute for your specific anatomy. What works for them might or might not work for you. Fat retention can be an issue in some women and might require more than one session of this procedure. If I were to give information based on the picture you uploaded, filler materials applied to the vulva may not completely hide the clitoral hood area, but at least make it less noticeable. I recommend you consider lipofilling for filler. The fat tissue used during lipofilling is your own natural tissue, that is, it is not a foreign substance, and It may be necessary to use plenty of material to ensure that the clitoral hood is well hidden. Since lipofilling is the fat tissue taken from you, it will be more logical and longer lasting than hyaluronic acid filler in terms of cost and duration time.
