Is it possible to use filler on your labia minora to increase the size and volume? I have read about labia puffing being safe but I had a labiaplasty and one side of my labia minor is way too small.

Great question — and thank you for sharing!

While labia puffing with filler is most commonly performed on the labia majora (the outer lips), in select cases, small amounts of filler can be used to gently restore volume to the labia minora, especially after labiaplasty revision or asymmetry.

That said, the labia minora have much thinner, more delicate tissue, so not everyone is an ideal candidate — and the technique must be done very precisely by a specialist in cosmetic gynecology to ensure natural results and avoid overcorrection.
