Forehead Botox should not result in itchiness of your eyelids. You may be experiencing a contact dermatitis or blepharitis. If your eyelids are droopy from your procedure, that may be causing you to touch your eyes more than usual, and your undereye skin may be sensitive. Botox in and of itself does not have itching as a reported side effect.  You may be experiencing an allergic reaction to something else used during the procedure, or something completely unrelated to it. The droopiness is probably from the Botox that was injected.  I would advise you to follow-up with the practitioner that treated you.  Good Luck!

It is possible that your eyes are more dry and that could cause the itchiness that you are experiencing from Botox. I would consult your treating physician for examination.  Best, Dr. Green
