Hello and thank you for your question.  Coolsculpting is a non-invasive medical procedure that should be done under physician supervision.  It permanently removes fat from your body, and if done by the wrong person, can leave you looking quite disfigured.  You were right to keep driving past the single wide trailer!  There are many people out there who may claim to be proficient at Coolsculpting and have a real Coolsculpting device but the truth of it is, the pricing standards are set by the company and anyone offering something way below that price is likely either operating illegally or is not providing actual Coolsculpting. 

Dermal filler would be a good option for your area of concern, especially a hyaluronic acid based filler like Juvederm. It is difficult to determine how much filler would be required without a face to face consultation. I would recommend that you have a formal facial consultation to determine the best treatment plan for this area.

Botox serves to relax the muscles that, by repeated motion, create fine lines and wrinkles. In your case, there are static lines (lines that are visible at rest). Dermal fillers would be a good option to help fill out the lines, especially a hyaluronic dermal filler such as Juvederm.

After receiving Belotero injections, bruising can occur. Bruising and swelling can last up to two weeks, and occasionally longer in some patients. There are certain medications, such as aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, as well as some herbs, that can thin the blood and make you more likely to bruise. It is best to avoid these medications for at least a week before your procedure. Topical Arnica Montana can help with the bruising. Also, using cold compresses after the injection will help decrease bruising and swelling. It is best to avoid strenuous activity, sun or heat exposure, aspirin or non-steroidal anti- inflammatory medications, and alcoholic beverages for a few days after the procedure as well. Communicate closely with your provider for any questions and concerns.
