I had my first boob job ever, one breast was lop-sided and more painful iafter surgery, within 2 weeks I had fever and breast was leaking fluid at incision site. Implant was removed. Now the good breast is bottoming out, it has fallen a few inches below surgical scar. I am worried this one will fall out (through skin). I don't want 2 more surgeries, only 1. Obviously I regret using my initial surgeon and am looking for new one. I assume I had Seroma - infection was pseudomonas aeruginosa.
