It does appear that your nipples are low at this early stage in healing, but your breasts will change quite a bit over the next six months. Allow your body to heal to assess your final result. Then if your nipples are still low discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. Good luck!
You are only 2 days out from your surgery, so it is too early to answer that question. It appears that your implants are high, and the upper pole of your breasts are swollen. Over the next several months, your breasts will soften, and your implants well drop. I recommend patience and follow your plastic surgeons advice.
Thank you for your question. You are still early in the post-operative period. It typically takes 3 - 6 months for the swelling to subside and and implants to settle into proper position. Please discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon. Also, make sure you follow all of your plastic surgeons post-operative instructions regarding level of physical activity and use of a support bra. Hope this helps and good luck with your recovery.
Thanks for your inquiry, you are early in your result and the implants do fall, please ask your surgeon your question and good luck.
You are very early in the recovery process, so it is too early to determine if the nipple position will continue to be low. You have swelling and the implants are high, all of which is normal at this stage. Continue to follow the advice of your surgeon. I know it is hard, but patience is what is needed at this point.
Thank you for your question. As you point out, you have a lot of healing to do. Your implants will settle, as will the swelling. It's far too early to make any judgments on the result. I would continue to follow closely with your doctor and follow their recommendations.Best,Dr. Dan KrochmalMAE Plastic SurgeryNorthbrook, IL
Thank you for the question and photos. You are correct in terms of the length of the healing process. As the implants come down the bottom of the breast skin should expand and these two processes will result in your areolas being more centered on your implant. Give it some time and see your plastic surgeon regularly to get guidance on your healing.Good luck with the remainder of your breast healing.Dr. Remus Repta
At this point, patience is your best friend. You have had a lift and aug, so there is much distortion from swelling and implants sitting up high. Continue to follow up with your PS.

Thank you very much for your question and congratulations on your recent Mommy Makeover procedure. At five weeks post op, you are still at a very early point in your recovery and will need to wait until your body has had ample time to heal before assessing your results. However, it is possible...
The price for Lovenox can vary. Ask the surgeon's office for a price estimate. They should be able to provide one if they regularly recommend this injection for their patients, or they should be able to direct you to someone who can help.
