BA and lift 3 weeks ago, now a dead right arm. Is this normal?

I had ba and lift 3 weeks ago healing great and happy but I have pain down my right arm that seems to be a dull ache ..dead arm feeling. Should I be concerned or could this be due to me picking my little boy up over the last few days. I have been changing sides when picking him up .I have been doing so as I feel no pain when doing so and feel back to normal ☺️ I also have noticed today a small dark purple bruise to the right of my left breast no pain with this but just concerned.

You would likely need a capsulotomy (which releases the implants more inferiorly), and revision lift with revision of the scars as the main goal. Your tissues seem very thin (appearance of the veins), and great care needs to be taken to prevent a disasterous complication, ie skin loss/nipple...

How much will breast size increase with either a 210 or 240 cc implant? (photo)

Based on the picture which appears to be about an A/B cup with some deflation of the breast/skin envelope, one would expect to be a moderate B after a 240 implant. The chest is moderately wide and there is some loose skin, so 240 is a conservative augmentation.
