Botched Breast Augmentation, my implants never dropped /nerve damage are so painful is there a correction? 4 yrs po (photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. Sorry to hear you have had such problems. This is an unfortunate outcome. I would suggest you return to your plastic surgeon for an evaluation and discussion of your options. I suspect that you have developed capsular contracture. With as many problems as you have had, you may want to consider removal of the implants and revision of the scars with nothing else. There are several options for you but none without risk.Hope this helps!

You would likely need a capsulotomy (which releases the implants more inferiorly), and revision lift with revision of the scars as the main goal. Your tissues seem very thin (appearance of the veins), and great care needs to be taken to prevent a disasterous complication, ie skin loss/nipple loss/open wounds, infection/etc.

Dear lizashizzle,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. You might need a revision surgery in order to get the best results. It is best that you visit a board certified plastic surgeon for further assessment.
