Nose looks so much wider after rhinoplasty 2 years ago, tightness on one side - could these issues be related? (Photos)

I am very unhappy with my frontal results of my septorhinoplasty that was two years ago. My nose looks much wider than pre op- less refined, puffy, almost bulbous. Ive been back to my original surgeon and he told me it was all in my head. Ive sent photos to two revision specialists who both declined the case and wouldn’t see me in person. In addition to the cosmetic downgrade, i have a persistent, worsening feeling of tightness in my nose on the left side. I feel this pulling/tight sensation when I use my various facial muscles (smiling, talking, sneezing, raise eyebrows, etc) as well as when I gently move my tip from side to side. Original surgeon said it was nothing, but it only started happening about a year ago and has gotten worse. Are these two issues related? Is it collapse, or scar tissue? Is there anything to fix either of these concerns? Why would my nose look so much wider and less refined after a surgery intended to refine it? I don’t know what to do, or who can help.
