6 years post second rhinoplasty - what is this scar area and can it be fixed? (Photos)

Hi. I had had secondary rhinoplasty six years ago. I still have some strange scar after that. Can you tell me what is this? It is red - brown colour. It looks different when I pull skin down or pull skin up near that area.

In our experience, the best way to repair this is with revision rhinoplasty under general anesthetic. I believe your tip would need to be deconstructed, and reconstructed to a more favorable configuration, so there shouldn't be droopiness, and so they shouldn't be a polybeak. Please consider...
