Can I Have a Revision Rhinoplasty to Remove Septal Graft? Can I fight afterwards?

Hi, I (22M) had a primary rhinoplasty in Turkey, and at the time I had no idea that the surgeon who operated on me would use a septal extension graft at the tip of my nose. As a result my nose tip is unnaturally hard and makes me very insecure when other people touch or feel my nose. It also scares me because if I were to bump into a wall or press my face against a hard surface, my nose doesn't easily bend forward when force is applied to it, like a nose should. I'm wondering how simple it is if a surgeon were to take this out. I don't care about the cosmetic aspect, as I would rather droopy skin then an unaturally hard and sharp looking nose. Also if my nose tip becomes squishy again I would like to ideally train to fight again. Would this be ok. . . I don't mind if break my nose in the future, but the tip being this hard prevents me from fighting at all right now and it's driving me crazy
