I would just like to know, I've been always curious about what shape my nose is, and if it needs a nose job, it's been a couple years now of where I have been insecure and I would just like to know what my nose shape is
Answer: "need" is strong No one "NEEDS" a nose job/rhinoplasty. Only you can decide whether you want one based off of the risks and benefits. Can your nose be better? Sure, but almost everyone can handle some improvement in their nose and not everyone is getting plastic surgery. If anything, the most obvious thing I see on your side profile that I would consider looking into is building up the chin area.

Answer: Chin implant You have a small dorsal hump. Your nasal lip area is good. Unfortunately, you have not provided a frontal view so it is hard to assess your tip. However, your biggest cosmetic deformity is not your nose but your chin. I recommend a chin implant. This is done intra-orally with no external scar and would make the biggest difference of all. This can also be done at the same time of the nose.

A closed rhinoplasty can accomplish removal of the dorsal hump with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. You also have a recessive chin profile, so strongly consider placement of a chin implant for better facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to your nose from the side profile.
