Rhinoplasty and facial asymmetry (Photo)

Question

I'm an 18 year old male born with a Congenital Osseus Torticollis which made me fall multiple times as a kid, which resulted in me having a crooked nose. My face looks very asymmetric and i'd like to know if it could be fixed with rhinoplasty (maybe its just an illusion) or if its caused by the torticollis

Based on these photos, you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty. That should be the first thing to do and after that surgery, residual facial asymmetry (if any) should be reevaluated and treated. Good luck.

I am unsure if this condition has affected your nose, it is possible, however, it could be other regions that have caused deviation of the nose and septum in general. In order to improve this, the procedure I would perform would be a combined Septorhinoplasty.

Yes, your nose is crooked lying to the left side.  This can be corrected by rhinoplasty/septoplasty.

Everyone has small asymmetries in their facial appearance including yourself. In my opinion, your facial asymmetries are all within normal limits and most people do not recognize them. If you feel that you're Crooked nasal appearance from previous trauma is distracting, please consider Consulting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist so you could see what might be best for you moving forward.
