I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Are there limitations or complications involving plastic surgery?

I would like to get a rhinoplasty and liposuction on my neck (?), and a forehead + brow reduction . (Is there a surgery that involves removing of fat and SKIN of under chin?) I'm very self conscious because of having Klippel-Feil syndrome. I want to make my neck also look as skinny and long as possible. But I don't want to look fake or like I've had surgery and I'm worried of overdo. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome so my skin is very stretchy. I don't know how that will impact surgery plans.
