Can I get nose rasping under local anesthesia? (Photo)

I had a nosejob 5 years ago and I'm really happy with my result. I just have a very tiny hump which i would like to get rasped off. Is this possible? Would this make my nose wider from the front?

A physical examination by a facial plastic surgeon who is experienced in revision rhinoplasty would help determine if the bump can be addressed by a simple rasp or if it would require a rasp with mobilization of the nasal bones to narrow the nasal bridge. If the bump is more prominent, it may require mobilization of the nasal bones in order to prevent the nose from looking wider from the front. It would be better for either of these procedures to be done under local with sedation as they can be quite uncomfortable under just local anesthesia. Without seeing more views, it is difficult to assess how large the dorsal irregularity is but it seems minimal, and typically, this should not widen the nose.

Yes! Thanks for the picture. I could definitely rasp that down with just local anesthesia. You would be more comfortable with a little sedation but it is possible under local with minimal discomfort.
