I had rhinoplasty. I love the tip and I can breathe. But I've been left with a very odd-lumpy bumpy bridge. I didn't have any bumps or lumps showing before the surgery, so somehow in the narrowing of the bridge this has happened. I suppose the bumps were there, but just didn't show before. I feel very self conscious about it. Can this be fixed? And if so? How? By rasping? By adding cartilage back? I do have thin skin. Thanks for advice.
