I am looking at wanting to derotate and lengthen my nose and wondering how easy my case is? I have thick skin and I’m terrified of revision as I don’t want this to get worse but I truly do not identify with an upturned tip. Also how many mms / degrees is possible for lengthening and derotation?

I agree that you have thin skin and a nice tip appearance. In that regard, surgery should be a last resort. Sometimes bony irregularities seen through thin nasal skin may be improved with microdroplet Silikon1000 injections. Sometimes bony irregularities may need to be rasped or filed surgically...
