Asymmetrical rhinoplasty 9 months post-op - what can I do? (Photo)

Hello, and thank you for your question. It is normal to have asymmetry in the face –everyone has it. Although a personal evaluation is best, your photo seems to show successful rhinoplasty results. If you are still experiencing any swelling, that is not unusual either. It isn't until a full year after the procedure that your rhinoplasty results are truly definitive. Your nose may still have some swelling, and it will still change.
If, after a full year you are still having issues with your rhinoplasty results, you can go back for an assessment at that time. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with extensive experience in rhinoplasty procedures. Such experts will have a deep understanding of facial anatomy while having an aesthetic eye for facial symmetry and balance. Your surgeon will re-evaluate your nose, recommend the best approach to address your concerns and goals, and help ensure the best possible outcome.

Hello, thanks for your question and photo. By your pic is not possible to say how asymmetrical is your nose. I see a good nose job. Remember that the human face is not symmetrical at all, and everybody has differences between both sides of the face. Maybe, the angle of the pic is not the best to appreciate a significant problem. Please, send more photos. Wait for a year after your procedure to see the final results, and consult an expert surgeon in your area to have a physical exam. Good luck!
