Good Afternoon! When you say fix it, did they just move the bones back into place and not actually perform a rhinoplasty? If so, there may be a lot to work with such as cartilage for grafting. It is definitely possible to downrotate the nose to improve it. If more projection is desired, you can do that as well to assist with making the nose bigger - but not unsightly. An open septorhinoplasty will allow the surgeon to fully evaluate the cartilage and bone to make precise changes with grafts and suture. It is possible to use the photos you showed as guidance, though finding something that fits your face is best. I would seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who's proficient in rhinoplasty.
