I have ALWAYS hated my nose. I always assumed that a rhinoplasty was not possible because of the shape of my nose. My nose is not big, it is smaller and upturned. How would a rhinoplasty fix my nose so that it adds to my face rather than taking away? I was in a car accident in 2019 the smashed my nose and they did fix it, my nostrils are uneven due to that but the shape/size/function is the same as always. I’ve added photos & a photo of what I would like. Is it possible to get there? How?
