Nose job before or after teeth implants and braces are placed?

I want a nose job but I'm waiting for my braces to come off and three molars implants to be placed. I feel my face has sunken so my nose is way or prominent

A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the bridge line, refining the nasal tip, and narrowing the nostrils. Allergies are treated with medical management which include nasal sprays, histamines and decongestants.
