Are non dissolvable nylon threaded sutures ok to leave in my nose for the rest of my life? I'm considering a non surgical nose job using nylon thread to lift the bridge and refine my bulbous tip. This is meant to be permanent. As a teen I pierced my nose and my body pushed it out twice. I'm concerned my body may react to a foreign object. Thank you.

Answer: Nasal thread lifting with Nylon sounds like a bad idea.
