12 hours post op non surgical nose job, what can I apply to my nose after I wash it?

It is still early post treatment, bruising and swelling is a normal part of the healing process after a medical procedure, however, you should monitor this as filler in the nose carries a high risk of complications. If there is a lot of pain accompanying the redness and bruising, talk to your injector asap. Arnica is a herb that is exceptional for minimising the longevity of bruising. you can get arnica in tablets and in a cream from your local drug store. Hope this helps.
