12 hours post op non surgical nose job, what can I apply to my nose after I wash it?

I had fillers in my nose over 12 hours ago. I am very bruised and skin is red, what can i put on my nose after i wash it? I have Chlorsig 1% and Otocomb otic ointment. Can i apply this?

Since you had a bruise after your treatment, in the same area, that small lump could still dissipate with time, as this may simply be a bit of residual bruise that needs more time. I hope that this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

I recommend waiting at least 3 months from the date of your surgery before using nasal fillers. The tip appears only slightly more rotated compared to the preop. I wish you all the best. Hope this helps.

If too much filler was placed in a small space, just below your eyebrows, it is conceivable that you are feeling too much product. Depending on your condition, it may be amenable to the dissolving enzyme. My best advice would be to visit with your doctor for evaluation and care. Wishing you well...
