Those implants appear to be misplaced...they are not supposed to be under the skinyou can simply remove them endonasally or replace them with proper lateral crural strut grafts... in my view, this is most accurately performed through an open approachgood luck

I would agree that your nose is shorter than it was, and I have found  that to be  deeply disturbing for patients.  Unfortunately there are no quick or easy fixes.   You must wait a full year for healing to be complete and then you will need cartilage grafting and release of scar tissue to all...
