Been 7 months to my 3rd rhinoplasty, my surgeon put rib cartilage in right nostril to improve size & shape of it which became too small after second surgery. Result: my bridge has become too broad & cartilage on my right is too streched outside giving flat, broad look. Tip is deviated Left nostril has formed extra flesh & triangle shape, giving cleft-lip look. I tape/exercise daily My surgeon ignored me. What can be done, any injection to correct it?
