I had a revision just under 2 years ago and I am not happy with the length and how narrow my bridge is. My nostrils are also retracted. What are the best techniques you would recommend and possible surgeons to help with this. I have attached an image of my nose before any surgery and originally had surgery to reduce the hump on my side profile. I didn't like how much had been taken off my profile and was why I had a revision to restore this.
